Prosidio Inc. is based in Marin County, California, where it has developed unique expertise in making advanced technology accessible. Prosidio's core strengths include in-depth knowledge of consumer applications, digital imaging, publishing engines and web technology.

Co-founder
With more than 28 years of industry experience, Chris brings unique expertise in building consumer electronics businesses from the ground up.

Chris Kryzan joined Prosidio as a co-founder in 2003 from Sonic Solutions, where he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Engineering. In his seven years at Sonic, he defined and implemented strategies which resulted in a greater than 80% market share for all of the company's DVD business lines. Prior to joining Sonic in 1996, he ran a marketing consulting firm specializing in new media technologies and the Internet.

At SuperMac Technology, a leader in graphics and digital video, Chris was Director of Marketing and then General Manager of its E-Machines business unit, where he led the team to profitability and 250% revenue growth in less than a year. He joined SuperMac from Wyse Technology, where as Marketing Director he helped to build the company's $250 million personal computer business from a standing start. Chris started his career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he was the lead product manager responsible for creating the Vectra PC product line.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1979 and an MBA from Santa Clara University in 1983.

Douglas Kryzan

Douglas Kryzan brings over 20 years of general management, sales, and marketing experience to Prosidio. Prior to joining Prosidio, Doug formed a consulting practice that was responsible for defining and delivering Hewlett-Packard's next-generation enterprise notebook computer system which generated $800M in product revenues for the company.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Doug joined IntelliMatch in 1996, as Senior Director of Marketing, with the charter to define and implement a business strategy for introducing their online matching services of employment opportunities on the Internet. He also served on executive management team to secure second major round of venture funding.

Doug started his career at Hewlett-Packard in 1985, where he developed the company's business strategy for software operating environments and was responsible for building and implementing HP's US software distribution channel strategy.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
